SimplicityPro™ browser compatibility
SimplicityPro™ incorporates the latest Internet standards and browser technologies. Consequently, some older browser software may have problems displaying certain pages on our site. We recommend the following browsers to ensure optimum compatibility with our online services. At the very least, you are strongly advised to upgrade to the most recent version of your preferred browser software.
Microsoft Windows (95, 98, NT, 2000, XP)
If you're using Microsoft Windows, we recommend upgrading to one of the following browsers:
Any browsers based on the Mozilla project, including
Netscape 7 or higher
Apple Mac with MacOS X
For users running MacOS X and above on the Apple Mac, we recommend the following browsers:
Apple Safari (the standard browser on MacOS X)
Apple Mac with MacOS 9
Users on MacOS 9 should use the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. SimplicityPro™ users are strongly advised to upgrade to MacOS X to get the most out of our online services.
Other Platforms
Our site's presentation layer is based on standard XHTML and CSS. You should get good results with any browser software which has support for these standards. SimplicityPro™ is developed in a Windows environment and tested on the four most popular browsers - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, and Opera. If you're using anything else, or if you're using a non-visual browser (such as a screen reader or Braille system) we'd love to hear from you - please contact us and let us know what you think.
Note for Netscape 4.x users
Netscape version 4 is not supported due to serious incompatibilities between this browser and modern Internet standards. We recommend you upgrade to one of the browsers listed above.
