This is the section SimplicityPro™ customizes to co-brand each page with elements related to the look-and-feel of its customers' websites.
The space under the navigation menu is reserved for several self-service tools and features. Click on one of the "A" icons to increase or decrease the size of text on your web pages (the middle one always resets text to its default size); your selections will be saved in a cookie and re-used on other pages as you navigate through SimplicityPro™.
This is also where we display details about your logon and the current program you're connected to (some customers will have a different SimplicityPro™ customization for academic year program, au pair, work/travel, etc.).
Finally, there is a Verisign logo you can click on to confirm details about our SGC-enabled SSL Certificate (which provides the strongest protection for the most site visitors). Over 93% of the Fortune 500 and the top 10 U.S. banks trust VeriSign because of their encryption technology and rigorous business authentication practices.
The right-side sidebar is for displaying special controls (such as starting/stopping Zippy), information and instructions for the current page, a search/filter tool for finding data and building custom reports, and special navigation for sections not covered by the main navigation menu (such as individual form pages).
This is the main section where information is displayed and/or collected. You'll see forms, reports, photo galleries, and much, much more in this section.
Reports are a bit like the navigation menu. If you see a small "plus" (+) symbol on the right side of a summary report line, then clicking on it will open up additional details and options (if your security settings allow them).
This is the primary "tool" you'll use to move around SimplicityPro™. If you see a small "plus" (+) symbol on the right side of a menu link, then clicking on it will open up a subset of related links. Clicking on it again closes the submenu.
Which links are on your menu depends on your security settings and which SimplicityPro™ services a customer has switched on.
If you're interested in the technical side of things, this is a CSS-based menu. All that means is that if you have a special web browser that "reads" a web page without its style sheets (primarily for people with vision problems), you can still use the menu to navigate through SimplicityPro™.
